Om College Of Management Science & Technology

Our college is located in Hanumangarh Junction, over at Suryavanshi Sadan in New Khunja, Ward No. 3. It’s right near the Mittal Flour Mill. If the wind blows the right way, you can sometimes smell the grain being processed. It’s a very practical area. The building is a bit of a mix of styles. It’s called a Sadan, so it has that traditional feel to it. We have students coming in for management and tech courses. Most of them are from around Hanumangarh or the nearby villages in Rajasthan. The sun gets very hot out here, so the building is designed to stay as cool as possible. We have wide hallways and big windows. The furniture is mostly heavy wood and metal desks. It’s not a high-tech campus with glass walls. It’s more of a place where people come to get their work done. The office is usually busy with people asking about exams or fees. We have a small staff that handles everything from the gate to the records. There’s a lot of paper moving around. In the evenings, once the classes are over, the place gets very still. You can see the dust motes dancing in the light coming through the windows. We’ve been here for a while and the neighborhood knows us well. It’s a local institution. We don't do much advertising. People just find us because we are near the mill and everyone knows where that is. It's a simple setup but it gets the job done.
