We are over here at House No. 44 in Deep Colony, which most people know is right by Mamta Hospital. It is just a regular place where we do our classes every day. We started this because we live around here and saw a lot of kids needing a spot to study after their regular school hours. The rooms are not huge but we have enough benches and boards for everyone who comes by. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when the batches change over in the afternoon, but that is just how it goes. We spend most of our mornings getting the notes ready or cleaning up the chalk dust from the previous evening. It is not a big fancy institute with glass walls or anything like that. Just a simple house where we sit down and go through the lessons. People from the colony walk their kids over, and we recognize almost everyone who passes by the gate. We keep the fans running all summer because it gets quite hot in this part of town. There is usually a pile of cycles parked outside near the hospital wall when the older students arrive. We do not have a big staff, just a couple of us who know the subjects well enough to explain them. It is a lot of work keeping track of everyone's progress, but we have been doing it for a while now. Most days are just about finishing the syllabus and making sure the lights are off before we lock up the house.
