We have been running Poonia Leasing And Investment Co. for a while now. Our office is located right near the Court Complex on Pilani Road. If you are coming from that way, we are basically opposite the Electricity Board. It is a busy area with a lot of people coming and going for legal stuff or paying their bills. We handle leasing and investment work here. It is not a very big office, just a practical space where we get things done. Most days involve a lot of paperwork and talking to people about their financial plans. The traffic on Pilani Road can get a bit much during the afternoons, but being near the court makes it easy for folks to find us. We started this because there was a need for these services in this part of town. Sometimes it gets loud outside with the horns and all, but we are used to it. We keep our files organized and try to make sure everyone who walks in gets their questions answered without too much fuss. It is just a straightforward business. We do not have any fancy lobby or anything like that. Just desks, chairs, and the work we do every day. People around here know us as the place across from the board. We have been in this spot for some time and don't plan on moving. It's just a regular day-to-day operation for us. We just try to keep things moving along smoothly for everyone who comes in.
