Inchagre Training Programme

Our setup is over at G 47 in the Ceeri Colony in Pilani. It’s a quiet place, which is actually quite nice for what we do with the Inchagre Training Programme. We’ve been running things from here for a while now. The colony is a bit of a tight-knit community, so everyone kind of knows what everyone else is doing. Our office isn’t much to look at from the outside, just a regular building in the residential area. Inside, we have some tables and chairs set up for the training sessions we run. We spend a lot of time preparing materials and talking to people who want to learn new skills. It’s not a high-pressure environment; we prefer to keep things calm and focused. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just have to wait it out or move things outside if it’s bright enough. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who handle everything from answering the mail to cleaning up after a session. People in Pilani are generally quite friendly, and we like being based in Ceeri Colony. It feels more like a home than a corporate office. We don't have a lot of fancy technology, just the basics that we need to get the point across. It’s a simple life and a simple business, and that seems to suit the way things are done around here.
