You can find us over in Nagar Nigam Colony, tucked away near the Shiv Parvati Mandir in Phulwari Sharif. It’s a quiet enough spot until the temple bells start ringing or there’s a festival going on. We’ve been operating Geeta Enterprises from here for quite some time now. The shop is basically just a room filled with whatever stock we managed to get in that week. It’s a bit of a squeeze to move around when a new shipment arrives at the door. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us who know where everything is kept. It looks like a mess to anyone else, but we know our system. People from the neighborhood drop by mostly for bits and pieces they need. We don’t have a website, just the physical shop and a phone that rings more often than we’d like. Sometimes we sit outside on the steps when things are slow and just watch the traffic go by the temple. It’s a simple setup. We deal with different suppliers and try to keep the shelves from getting completely empty. Dealing with logistics can be a pain, especially when the trucks get stuck in the narrow lanes around here. But we make it work somehow. It’s just how we’ve always done things. The locals know we’re here if they need something specific for their house or project. We are just regular people working.
