Video Care Service

This is Video Care Service, run by Sajid Ansari. My father is Md. Sajjak Ansari, and we operate right by the Sanghi Masjid here in Phulwari Sharif. Patna gets quite hot, so the shop is usually the coolest place to be. We’ve got a lot of history in this spot. People come by after prayers at the mosque to say hello or ask about their electronics. It’s not a polished office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s a practical space with tools and old components scattered around. Being in Patna 801505 means we see all sorts of people from the neighborhood. Some days are just spent cleaning dust off the shelves or looking through parts. We don't use fancy computers for everything; a lot of it is just hands-on work. My family has lived around here for a long time. The street can get crowded with traffic, but inside it stays mostly quiet. We just focus on what needs fixing today. It’s a simple life. Sometimes the power goes out and we just wait it out on the bench outside. We don't have any big corporate plans. We just want to keep the shop running and help out the folks nearby who know us by name. It’s small, it’s ours, and it’s right here where it’s always been.
