Our office and yard are located at Plot No. A- 53 in Phulwari Sharif. It’s quite easy to locate since we are situated near AIIMS Patna, which is a major landmark in this area. This part of town has changed a lot over the last decade with all the new construction, but we’ve stayed put at this address. The property is a decent size, giving us enough room to store our inventory and park a couple of vehicles. It’s a family-run setup, and you’ll usually find one of the brothers or sons managing the daily operations. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to people who walk in with specific requirements. The office isn't anything special, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of ledgers piled up. We get quite a bit of dust because of the traffic going towards the hospital, so there’s a lot of cleaning to be done every morning. We don’t go in for big marketing campaigns. Instead, we rely on the fact that we’ve been in Phulwari Sharif for a long time and people know who we are. Some days are incredibly hectic with orders coming in all at once, while other days are slow enough that we can sit back and have a long lunch together. We try to be fair with everyone and just do our work without making a big fuss about it. It’s a simple business model that’s worked for our family for a long time now, and we intend to keep it that way for the future.
