Mother'S International Teachers' Training Academy

Our academy is located out on FCI Road in Phulwarisharif. We are right on the Khagaul Highway, which means there are always trucks and cars passing by. It’s in the Block Danapur area, so it’s a bit of a mix between the city and the more open outskirts. Mother'S International Teachers' Training Academy is where we spend our time working with people who want to become teachers. The building is practical, nothing too special to look at from the outside, but it has enough room for our classrooms and the office work. We get people coming from all over the district, and since we are on the highway, it's pretty easy for them to find us. The classrooms can get a bit warm in the afternoons, but we just open the windows and keep going. We aren't a big institution with a lot of layers; it’s just a few of us managing the courses and the paperwork. We spend a lot of time talking about lesson plans and how to manage a classroom. It’s a very hands-on kind of place. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet is slow, and we just have to wait it out like everyone else in the area. It is a simple life here, just focusing on getting these trainees ready for their future jobs. We don't have a big marketing budget, so word of mouth is mostly how people hear about us. We just keep at it.
