We've been at the Tam Tam Parao spot for a while now, right across from the Oriental Bank of Commerce here in Phulwarisharif. It's a busy area but easy enough to find if you know where the bank is. People come in for all sorts of tooth stuff. Sometimes it's just a regular checkup or someone has a toothache they can't ignore anymore. The clinic isn't fancy, just a normal place where we try to help out. We see kids, adults, and the older folks from around the neighborhood. Usually, the morning is quiet and then it picks up in the afternoon. Most of our regulars live just a few streets away, so we know a lot of the faces that walk through the door. It feels more like a community spot than a big medical office. We keep the chairs clean and the tools ready. If you are walking by the landmark, you will see our sign. It’s been the same for years. We deal with fillings, cleanings, and whatever else comes up. We just focus on getting the work done so people can get back to their day. It’s not a complicated setup, just a local dentist's office doing what we do. We try to be straight with people about what needs fixing. Sometimes it's a quick fix, other times it takes a few visits. That's just how it goes with teeth. We hope people feel okay when they leave.
