Our main office is over in Patna, specifically in the Phulwarishariff area on Road No. 2 in Adarsh Nagar. We’ve been based in this neighborhood for many years now. This is the place where we handle all the management and administrative tasks for our hotels. It is a busy office and there is always something going on, whether it's dealing with supplies or talking to the hotel staff. The area is quite crowded and the street outside can be very loud with all the traffic and people. We don't have a polished corporate look here. It’s just a practical workspace with some old furniture and plenty of ledgers. Most of us who work here grew up in Patna, so we are used to the pace of the city. We don't use any fancy marketing talk because we don't think it fits who we are. We just focus on keeping the hotels running and making sure the guests have what they need. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and it can get a bit stressful, but we just handle one thing at a time. We don't have any big speeches about our values; we just show up and do the work. It is a simple, local business run by local people. We are just a part of the daily life here in Adarsh Nagar and we try to do our best.
