A.K Traders (Akbar General Store)

A.K Traders, which most people around here call Akbar General Store, sits in Ambika Market. We are in the Phulwarisharif area of Patna. If you go towards the Phulwarishrif Post Office, you will find us nearby. The area around Chinoti Kuan is always full of people moving around. We have been running this shop for years. It is a basic setup with bags and boxes of goods stacked up. We handle all sorts of general items that households use. Patna can be a busy place, and our market is no different. We see a lot of people who are just passing through after finishing their work at the post office. The shop is small but we cram a lot of stuff inside. It gets a bit dusty because of the road, but we try to keep it clean. We don't have a website or anything like that, just our presence here in the market. Most of the time, it is just us talking to customers about their day while we bag their items. We know which brand of tea one neighbor likes or which soap another family prefers. It is a community thing. Sometimes the supplies arrive late, and we have to tell people to come back tomorrow. It is not perfect, but it is how we run things here in Phulwarisharif. We are just local shopkeepers doing our bit every day to serve our regular patrons.
