We are based over in Patna, specifically in the Pethia Bazar area of Phulwar Sharif. Our office is quite close to the Durga Sthan, which is a big landmark around here that everyone knows. The business is run by the son of Shesh Nath Singh, and we've been operating out of this spot for quite some time. It’s a busy market area, so there’s always a lot of noise and people walking by outside our door. We do maintenance and engineering work, which means we spend a lot of time looking at broken equipment or planning how to fix things up for our clients. The office isn't anything special to look at. It's just a functional space where we keep our tools and our records. In Bihar, you have to be ready for anything, and we’ve learned to work around the heat and the rain. We have a crew that goes out to different sites, and then a few of us stay back here to manage the schedules and the parts. It’s hard work and the days can be long, especially when something breaks down unexpectedly and needs fixing right away. We don't use big words or try to act like we're more than we are. We're just a group of guys who know how to use a wrench and follow a technical manual. It’s a living, and we’re glad to be doing it right here in Phulwar Sharif.
