I V L India Pvt. Ltd. operates out of Aawasgaon, near Sawleshwar in the Kej area. Even though the name sounds a bit formal because it’s a private limited company, we are actually a pretty small operation on the ground. We set up shop here because it felt like a good spot to reach the local industries and people. Our daily routine involves a lot of managing orders and making sure things get where they need to go. We have a small office and a bit of space for our supplies. It’s not a fancy glass building; it’s more of a functional place where we can actually get stuff done without distractions. The team here is small, and we all end up doing a bit of everything, whether it’s answering the phone or helping with the manual work. We’ve had our share of ups and downs since we started, especially with the logistics of being in a more rural part of the district. But we like it here. People in Aawasgaon are good to work with, and we’ve built some decent relationships over the years. We try to keep our head down and just focus on the task at hand.
