Aditya Beverages

Aditya Beverages is located at Plot No.-369 in the Riico Industrial Area in Phalodi. It’s a dry, dusty place but it’s where we do our work. Being out here in the industrial area means we have space to breathe. We don’t have much in the way of decoration. The building is functional. We have the equipment we need and that’s about it. We started here a while ago. People in Phalodi know us as the local beverage guys. We don’t try to act bigger than we are. It’s mostly just making sure the production line stays running. Sometimes a machine breaks and we have to fix it ourselves. That’s just part of the day. The heat can be tough in the summer, but we’ve got fans and we keep moving. We aren't looking to become a massive corporation. We just want to keep the local shops stocked. Most of our staff have been with us since the start. We talk over lunch and figure out the next day’s plan. It’s a very simple operation. No middle managers or long meetings. Just work. We go home when the job is done. It’s a quiet life in a way, even with the noise of the factory. Phalodi is a tough place to work but we are used to it by now.
