Sr Food Production

Our workplace is over in Jarjeet Pur, right in the Kankal area. We are pretty close to DAV College, so we see the students walking past all the time. Sr Food Production is where we spend our days making different food items. It is a busy little spot. The air usually smells like whatever we are cooking or processing at the time. We have a small team here, and everyone just gets on with their tasks. It isn't a massive factory, just a practical space where we can get the work done. We start early to get a head start on the day’s production. There are always pots, pans, or machines that need cleaning, and there is never a shortage of ingredients to move around. Being near the college means the area is always lively, which is nice. We don't spend much time in an office; most of the work happens on the floor where the food is actually being made. We have our routines for packing and checking things before they go out. It’s hard work, and by the end of the shift, we are all pretty tired. But that’s just how it goes when you are in food production. We stay focused on the daily batches and making sure the orders are ready on time for whoever is picking them up. It is just a normal, busy day for us here near the college.
