Kamaldeep Food Corner

Kamaldeep Food Corner is right in the Main Market. We are in the section people call Desgi Ghee Wali. It’s a busy part of the bazaar. There are always smells of cooking in the air around here. We’ve been in the Main Market for a long time. Our space isn't very large. We have a few benches and the cooking area. It’s always hot near the stoves. We use a lot of ghee, like the name of the lane suggests. People come by when they are hungry from shopping. It’s a lot of standing on our feet all day. We start prepping the ingredients before the sun is fully up. Main Market is the heart of the town. We see all sorts of people every day. Some stop for a quick bite and others stay to chat. We don’t have a printed menu that never changes. We just make what we make. It’s honest food. We don't use any fancy machines. Just our hands and the fire. Desgi Ghee Wali is a narrow spot but we make it work. Kamaldeep Food Corner is a family thing. My brothers and I are usually here. We don't need a website. The regulars know where we are. It's just a food corner in the market. We take pride in what we do and try to keep everyone fed.
