You can find us at Hno 223 in Mohalla Kasaban, right here in Kapurthala. East West is a small operation, and we like it that way. The office is part of an old building that has been around for a long time. It has those high ceilings and thick walls that you only find in older Punjab neighborhoods. We don’t have a big sign outside or a lobby with a receptionist. You just walk in and you’re right in the middle of where everything happens. It’s a quiet Mohalla for the most part, though you can hear the local market sounds if the wind is right. We’ve got a couple of computers and a printer that occasionally acts up. We don't spend much money on fancy furniture. Most of our chairs are a bit worn out, but they’re comfortable enough for a full day's work. We know everyone on the street, and it’s common for a neighbor to poke their head in to say hello. It’s a very grounded way of doing business. We don't use much jargon or have complicated systems. We just handle the requests as they come in and try to stay organized. It’s a simple life in Kapurthala, and our office reflects that perfectly. We are just local people doing our bit.
