You can find us at 9/1 Kandampalayam Privu, right on the Erode Road in Perundurai. Being in Tamil Nadu, it gets really hot in the afternoons, especially inside the warehouse. We spend our days around piles of cardboard and rolls of plastic. There are a few machines running that make a steady humming sound all day long. It’s not a corporate office; it’s a place where things get made and packed. We have workers from the surrounding villages who come in early. Most of the morning is spent loading up the trucks that head out towards the highway. The floor is usually covered with scraps of paper or tape. We don’t have fancy uniforms, just comfortable clothes for moving boxes around. The office part is just a small corner with a wooden desk and a few chairs. We keep track of the orders in some old ledgers and on one computer. Sometimes the rain hits the metal roof so hard we can't hear each other talk. We just wait it out and keep working. There isn't much to see here besides the stacks of packaging material. We’ve been operating out of this spot in Perundurai for some time. It's a practical business, and we just focus on getting the boxes out the door. The Erode Road is always busy, so we hear the trucks passing by while we work.
