Down here on A.M. Road in Kuruppampady, things move at a certain pace. We are located near Perumbavoor in the Ernakulam district. It’s a green part of the world, but it gets busy with all the transport moving through. Our business handles marketing and distribution for various products. Basically, we are the middle ground that helps goods get where they need to go. The office isn't anything special to look at. We have some desks, a few filing cabinets that are getting a bit old, and a lot of phone lines that stay busy during the day. We spend a lot of time talking to vendors and making sure deliveries are on track. When the monsoon hits, everything gets a bit more complicated with the roads, but we’ve lived here long enough to know how to handle it. We don't go for flashy presentations. Most of our partners have been working with us for years because they know we are just down the road and we pick up the phone when they call. It’s about being reliable in a local way. We have a small team here and we all know each other well. We just focus on the logistics and making sure the business keeps ticking over from Monday to Saturday. It’s a simple setup but it works for us and our neighbors in the district.
