My Kerala Holiday

Our office is located in the Sangeetha Building, right near the ICICI Bank. It’s a handy spot because everyone in the area knows where the bank is. We spend most of our time at the desks, talking on the phone or typing on computers to get trips organized for visitors. It’s not a very big office, just a few tables and some chairs for people who want to drop by and talk in person. We have maps and some photos pinned to the walls of different spots around Kerala. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, which can be frustrating when we are trying to book things quickly, but we always get it done eventually. We’ve lived here for years, so we know the roads and the backwaters pretty well. People often call us wanting to know about the weather or which boat is the best one to take. We try to give them straight answers based on what we’ve seen ourselves over the years. It’s mostly just a lot of logistics and making sure drivers are where they are supposed to be. During the busy season, it gets a bit hectic with the phones ringing constantly. We take our lunch breaks together when we can find the time. It’s a small, local operation, and we just try to keep things moving smoothly for everyone who wants to see the sights. It's mostly about planning and keeping track of details.
