We are located at 198 Adelaide Terrace in the city of Perth. It’s a pretty well-known street with lots of offices and traffic. We work as migration agents, helping people who are trying to navigate the paperwork for staying in Australia. The rules change all the time, which keeps us pretty busy trying to keep up with the latest news. Our office isn't anything special—just some desks, chairs, and a whole lot of filing cabinets full of visa applications. It can be a bit stressful because people's lives and futures depend on these documents, so we spend a lot of time double-checking details. We don't promise any miracles or use fancy legal talk. We just tell people what the current requirements are and help them fill out the forms properly. Sometimes the waiting times from the government are really long, and there isn't much we can do but wait along with our clients. We have a small kettle in the corner for tea, and that’s about it for perks. The view of the city from the window is okay, but we spend most of our time looking at computer screens. We’ve been at this address for a while, and people usually find us because they’re looking for someone local who knows the system. It’s a lot of reading and a lot of typing. We just try to keep things moving as smoothly as the department allows. We do our best with the files we have.
