A L Ameen Bakery

A L Ameen Bakery is located right at the Koottilangadi Junction in Perinthattiri. It’s a busy little spot, especially in the mornings when the buses are running frequently and everyone is heading to work. We start our day very early, long before the sun comes up, to get the ovens hot and the first batches of bread ready. The shop isn't very big, so things can get a bit tight when we have a few customers waiting for their snacks or tea. We keep our shelves stocked with the usual things like fresh buns, biscuits, and some cakes we bake daily. You can usually smell the baking from quite a distance away, which seems to bring people in. We don't really have a big menu or anything fancy, just the items that people around here like to eat every day. The counter is usually covered in crumbs by the afternoon, but we try to keep things moving as fast as we can. It’s a lot of work standing on your feet all day and dealing with the heat from the kitchen, but we’re used to it. We know most of the regulars who stop by on their way home to grab a loaf of bread. There’s no big corporate office behind us, it’s just a local bakery doing its best to serve the people in Perinthattiri. We just focus on making sure the food is fresh and the tea is hot for whoever walks in.
