Usha Agro Fertilizer

Usha Agro Fertilizer is sitting right at 22 East Coast Road. Adirampattinam is where we call home. Being on the East Coast Road means we see a lot of traffic passing by throughout the day. Our shop is filled with bags of fertilizer and the distinct smell that comes with them. It is a smell you get used to after a few days of working here. Farmers from around the area stop by frequently to pick up what they need for their fields. We spend a lot of time loading up carts and small trucks. It is heavy work and our clothes usually end up pretty dirty by the end of the shift. The building is an older one but it holds everything we need. We don't have fancy displays or air conditioning. Usually, we just keep the doors wide open to catch whatever breeze comes off the coast. Adirampattinam is a busy little place and being on number 22 puts us right in the thick of it. We keep a ledger of who bought what and try to stay on top of the stock coming in from the suppliers. Sometimes the shipments are late and we have to explain that to the regulars. It is a basic way to run things but it works for us. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the local folks have what they need for their crops.
