Our place, Rukmoni Boards Pvt. Ltd., is situated at No. 1 Cooks Road, right over by the Perambur Bnc Mill area. It’s an old part of town with a lot of history and we’ve been part of the landscape here for some time. We work with boards and related materials, mostly handling the day-to-day orders that come through the door. The facility is simple. We have the machines we need and enough space to move things around without tripping over each other. Usually, the morning is the busiest time when the trucks come in. If you are coming down Cooks Road, you can’t really miss the spot near the mill. It’s noisy sometimes because of the work we do, but that’s just how a board shop is. We aren't a giant corporation with thousands of employees. It’s a smaller team here, and everyone knows what they are supposed to be doing. We just focus on getting the boards ready and out the door. Sometimes things get a little dusty, which is expected in this line of work. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or anything. The focus is always on the physical work. It’s a straightforward business. We show up, do the work, and go home. That's how it has been for years now. If you need to find us, just look for the gate near the old mill buildings and we are right there.
