We are Sobha Developers Ltd,.Bangalore, but this particular office is quite far from the city. We are located in Tamil Nadu, specifically in the Perambalur District. The address is in a place called Mavalingai, under the P Newton name. It is a bit of a rural spot, near Chettikulam and falls under the Kunnam Taluk. Our pin code is 621104. This is where we handle the company stuff for this region. It is a very different vibe from a big city office. Things move a bit slower here, and we know almost everyone in the village area.
