We are located in Dheeran Nagar, specifically at No.97 A in Perambalur. The name of the place is Insomniacs Dream Creations, which probably tells you a little bit about how we ended up working late nights when we first started out. These days, we try to keep more regular hours, but the name stuck. Perambalur is a bit quieter than the big cities, and we like that. Our office is a straightforward space without any of the fancy decorations you might see in a big city studio. It’s just some desks, a few computers that have seen better days, and a lot of paper. We do creative work, which mostly means we help people figure out how to present their ideas. It involves a lot of sitting and thinking, and then a lot of typing. The neighborhood in Dheeran Nagar is mostly regular houses and local shops. We know the guy at the corner store and where to get the best tea in the afternoon. It’s a very low-key environment. We don’t have a dress code or a big manual on how to act. We just come in, do what needs to be done, and try to make sure everything looks right before we send it off. It’s a small, local operation, and we’re just fine with that. No big corporate goals, just a place where we can do our work in peace.
