Our office is right on Avinasi Road, which is one of the busiest parts of Peelamedu. We are located at number 446, almost directly opposite the old Santhi Theatre. If you’ve been in this area for a while, you probably know the spot. It’s a good location because people can just hop off the bus and walk right in. We spend most of our time at the desks looking at flight schedules and trying to figure out the best routes for people. It’s not just about flights; we handle a lot of the paperwork that comes with traveling, which can be a real pain for folks. The office is small and can get a bit crowded when a whole family comes in at once. We’ve got posters of different places on the walls, mostly just to cover up the blank spots. The traffic noise from Avinasi Road is constant, so we usually have the door closed, but you can still hear the horns. We see all kinds of people, from students going abroad for the first time to older couples visiting their kids. We aren't a big corporate agency, just a local spot where you can sit down and talk to someone face to face. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we have to wait for the screens to load, so we end up chatting with the customers about their plans. It’s a nice way to spend the day, even if it gets a bit stressful during the peak travel seasons.
