Reliance

We are located in Valuthimmapuram, which is part of the Peddapuram Mandal in the East Godavari District. It’s a very rural area compared to the big cities, and we like it that way. Our space is simple and functional. We don’t have any of the bells and whistles you’d find in a city office. It’s mostly just desks, chairs, and the equipment we need for our work. We’ve been here for a long time, and we know the land and the people around here quite well. Life moves a bit differently in this part of Andhra Pradesh. We aren't in a rush to become a massive company. We just focus on what’s in front of us each day. Sometimes the roads get a bit muddy during the monsoon season, but we still make it in. It’s a very practical life. We don't have a big HR department or a PR team. We just speak plainly and do our work. The office is often quiet, except for the sound of the fans or someone talking on the phone. We are just local people working in our own community. We don't need any fancy titles to do a good job. We just try to be consistent. It’s a modest way of living and working, but it’s what we know. We’re proud to be out here in the East Godavari district.
