Zainab Fashions

Operating out of Koratla has its own rhythm, and that’s where we’ve been for a while now. There isn’t a specific fancy street name to give you, just Koratla. Everyone around here knows where most things are anyway. We started Zainab Fashions without much of a plan, just a few machines and some ideas about what people in town like to wear. The shop is simple. We don't have big glass windows or bright neon signs. It’s mostly just us working through the piles of cloth and making sure the stitching is decent. Some days are slow, and we just sit and talk to the neighbors who walk past. Other days, like before festivals or weddings, it gets chaotic. We might be staying late into the night just to finish a few suits. The lighting isn't the best in the back room, so we do the detailed work near the front where the sun comes in. It’s a bit dusty because of the roads nearby, but we keep the clothes covered up. We’ve had the same few people working here since the start, and we’ve all learned how to deal with the old equipment when it acts up. It’s not a corporate setup at all. It’s just a local Koratla business where we try to keep things moving and make sure people get what they asked for. We don't have a big staff, so we all end up doing a bit of everything during the day.
