About Hanumath Sai Balaji Corn Flakes – Food & Beverages in Pedakakani
Life in Nadendla is mostly quiet, but our place stays busy with the corn flakes. We are tucked away here in Guntur District, dealing with the heat and the seasonal crops. Making corn flakes isn't as easy as it looks from the outside. You have to watch the moisture and the crunch very carefully. We have a few machines that run most of the day. The noise becomes like background music after a while. Most of us living nearby work here, so it feels like a family thing even though it’s a business. We get the corn from local sources when we can. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just have to sit and wait, chatting until it comes back on. It’s not a high-tech facility with shiny floors or air conditioning. It’s a practical workspace with plenty of dust and heavy bags. We spend a lot of time sweeping up because corn bits get everywhere during the processing. We don’t have a big office or a reception desk. If someone comes by, they usually just find us near the loading area in the back. We’ve been doing this for a good while now. The days are long, especially when the harvest is in and we have more corn than we know what to do with. We just try to keep the work steady and make sure the bags are sealed properly before they leave Nadendla.
