H B L Power Systems Ltd is over at S-9, Phase III in the VSEZ area of Duvvada. Since we are inside the Special Economic Zone, there is a bit of a process to even get to the building. It is a large area with many different companies, and we have been in Phase III for a long time. We work on power systems, which is mostly technical and involves a lot of testing and assembly. The atmosphere inside the zone is very quiet and professional, quite different from the busy streets outside. Our building is just a standard industrial unit. We have our workspace laid out for efficiency, but it still feels like a regular place of work. We spend our days dealing with batteries, electronics, and various power components. It is not the kind of job where you see a lot of walk-in traffic because of the security at the gate. We just focus on our projects and meet our deadlines as they come. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we all know how things run. It is a steady environment. We don't go in for big mission statements or anything like that. We just make sure the systems we are working on actually work when they are supposed to. That is basically our whole day, from start to finish, and we are fine with that.
