Ista Hyderabad

It might look a bit confusing seeing a Hyderabad name with an address way up in Uttarakhand, but that’s just how we are set up. Our base is in Balasour, which is a village near Kotdwara in the Pauri Garhwal district. It’s a beautiful area, much quieter than the big cities where the hotels usually are. We handle things from here, even if it's far away from the actual lobby floors. Living and working in the hills changes your perspective on things. We don't rush around as much, but the work still gets done. We deal with a lot of administrative stuff and coordination that doesn't need a city office. Sometimes the weather in the mountains makes things a bit tricky, like when the rain gets heavy and the power flickers, but we’re used to it. We aren't a high-tech hub with thousands of employees. It’s a smaller, more personal operation here. We know each other's names and we know what needs to be finished before the day ends. Most of our day is spent on the computer or talking to the teams down south. It’s a long distance to bridge, but it works for us. We like the quiet of Balasour. It’s a simple life, and we try to bring that same straightforward approach to the business side of things. No fluff, just getting the tasks completed. We take care of the details so everything stays on track despite the miles between us and the city.
