Village-Mankot is where we started. It’s right near Gandhi Marg. Most days it is quiet here, but when the cranes are moving, things get busy. We spend a lot of time out in the district, driving on those narrow roads. It’s not an easy job, honestly. Sometimes the weather makes it hard to get the machinery to where it needs to be. We just do the work. People in the village know us as the ones who handle the heavy lifting. We don’t have a big fancy office or anything like that. It’s just us working out of this spot near the main road. My uncle used to say that if you have a crane, you have a responsibility to the neighbors. So that’s what we do. We help out when a truck gets stuck or when someone is building a new shed. The ground gets muddy in the rainy season, which makes everything twice as slow. But we manage. You’ll usually see our trucks parked up by the side of the road when we aren't out on a call. It’s a simple life here in Mankot. We know the people around Gandhi Marg pretty well. If you pass by, you might see us drinking tea or checking the oil in the engines. It’s just how things go. We aren't trying to be the biggest company, just a reliable one that stays around for a long time.
