Swaalabhan Gramya Vikas Nidhi Limited is run out of H. No.448. It is right near Fajji Chakki in Balshwar. Most people around Kotdwar know the flour mill, so we are easy to find. The office is basically just a few rooms in a regular house. We don’t have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s mostly just us at our desks with a lot of paperwork. The area gets a bit dusty because of the road, but we try to keep things clean. We open up early most mornings when it is still cool. You’ll usually find one or two of us sitting there with the ledgers. We don’t really do any big advertising. Word just gets around the neighborhood. Being at 246149 means we are in a good spot for locals to drop by. We have a small tea stall just a few steps away where we go for breaks. It’s not a corporate environment at all. We just handle the day-to-day things that come up. Sometimes the power goes out, but we just keep working. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors know us well. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do. If you walk past the mill, you can’t miss number 448. We are just local people doing our bit in Balshwar. There is nothing complicated about it. We just stay busy with the files.
