Firstclass Micro Benefit Foundation

Out here in Village Uchaulia, things move a bit slower than they do in the big cities. We’re located right in the Post Uchaulia area of Tehsil Mohmaddi, here in Lakhimpur Kheri. Most people around these parts are farmers or work in small shops. We set up Firstclass Micro Benefit Foundation to help out with the small stuff that often gets overlooked. It’s a quiet place, mostly just fields and dusty roads. Our office isn’t much to look at, just a simple room where we keep our files and meet with the locals. We deal with a lot of small-scale help, things that might not seem like much to an outsider but mean a lot to someone living in the village. It’s tough sometimes, especially with the 262804 pin code area being a bit far from the main hubs. We spend a lot of time traveling between the different clusters of houses. People know they can find us if they have a problem with their paperwork or need a bit of guidance on local benefits. We don't use big words or have long meetings. It’s mostly just sitting down over tea and figuring out how to get through the month. Being part of Uttar Pradesh means there’s always something going on, but we try to keep our focus right here on our own neighbors and their daily needs.
