Our office for Era Infra Engineering Ltd is situated right behind Purnkuti in the Srikot Ganaganali area of Srinagar Garhwal. Working up here in Uttaranchal brings a different set of challenges than the work in the flatlands. The ground is often uneven and the weather can be unpredictable, but that is just what we have grown used to over the years. We spend a lot of our time looking at the hills and figuring out the best way to get our engineering projects finished. It is not always an easy job, but it stays interesting. Our spot in Srikot is quiet enough, which helps when we need to focus on the technical drawings. We aren't a big, fancy company with a public relations team. It’s mostly just us and our local crew members. We know the winding roads around Srinagar Garhwal very well. Usually, we are out at a job site more often than we are sitting behind a desk. When we are at the office, we are usually on the phone trying to coordinate where the next load of materials is coming from. Logistics in the mountains can be a real headache, but we have been at it long enough to know how to handle the delays. We don't use complicated words to explain what we do. We just do the engineering work and try to keep everything on schedule. It is a humble office, but we take our projects seriously.
