We are over in Ganga Vihar Dang Colony in Srinagar. Most people know the spot around M L Semwal’s place. It's a bit of a mix here because we do both food items and textiles. It keeps things busy. Sometimes the logistics are a bit tricky being where we are in Srinagar, but we make it work. We started this because we saw a need for these things locally. We aren't a big fancy operation. Just some folks working out of this part of the colony. The weather can get cold, which affects how we move things around. We handle a lot of different orders. Some days it’s mostly about the grain and food stuff, other days it’s all about the fabrics and cloth. It’s funny how those two things go together, but for us, it just happened that way. People drop by or call us up when they need something specific. We try to keep a decent stock but sometimes things run out faster than we expect. The colony is quiet mostly, except when deliveries arrive. We’ve been here for a while now, just doing our thing. It's a simple setup. Nothing too shiny or corporate. If you’re around Ganga Vihar, you’ve probably seen the sign or the trucks coming in. We just focus on getting the work done and making sure the supplies are where they need to be. It’s just us running the show day to day. We spend a lot of time checking the bags and rolls.
