Bala & Co

You can find us over at 45 Palaniappan Street in Mainckam Colony. It’s a pretty quiet street most days, which suits us just fine for getting work done at Bala & Co. We have been in this spot for a while now and the office has become a second home to most of the staff. There is a tree just outside the main door that gives a bit of shade during the hottest parts of the day. Inside, things are organized but you can tell people actually work here. There are papers and coffee mugs and the hum of a few old computers. We do a bit of everything when it comes to the business side of things. One person might be on the phone dealing with a supplier while someone else is out back checking the inventory. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with suits and big meetings. Usually, we just talk across the room to get things sorted. Mainckam Colony is a nice area and we like being part of the community here. Sometimes the internet acts up when it rains, but we just manage. We try to keep things straightforward. If there is a problem, we sit down and fix it. That is how we have always done things.
