Dr. Polyclinic

If you have ever been to the Ponnani Bus Stand in Malappuram, you have probably passed by Dr. Polyclinic. We are right there where all the action is. Being near the bus stand means it is very easy for people to find us, even if they are coming from further away in Malappuram. It gets very busy around here with the buses coming and going, but that makes us accessible for workers and travelers. We handle a variety of health issues under one roof. It’s a polyclinic, so we try to have different things available so you don't have to go to five different places. The space is used efficiently. We don't have huge waiting halls, but we have enough chairs for the people who stop by between bus trips. The staff here is used to the fast pace of the area. Sometimes it's a bit noisy outside because of the traffic and the horns, but that's just life in Ponnani. We have been here long enough that most of the shopkeepers and bus drivers know who we are. We don't do much advertising; people just see our sign when they get off the bus and come in when they need help. It’s a simple, honest way to run a clinic. We open early and stay open to catch the evening crowd. It is a busy life, but it works for us. We have been at this location for quite some time now.
