Our place is located at 38 in the Functional Industrial Estate over in Patparganj. If you’ve ever been to this part of Delhi, you know it’s a lot of factories and small businesses all packed together. Semco India Pvt. Ltd. is just one of those spots. We have a mix of office space and a work floor where the real heavy lifting happens. It’s usually pretty dusty and loud because of the machines running, but that is just how an industrial estate works. We don't spend much on decorations or fancy lighting. The windows are a bit grimy from the city air, and the desks are old, but they work just fine for what we need. Most of us have been working here for years, so we know the routine by heart. We get a lot of delivery trucks coming in and out, which can make the narrow streets a bit of a mess sometimes. We just focus on getting the orders out and making sure the quality is okay. It isn’t always easy, and some days things break down or the power goes out, but we just fix it and keep moving. We’re just a bunch of people trying to make a living and keep the workshop busy. It’s honest work, and we don’t feel the need to dress it up or act like something we aren't. We just do the job.
