Our setup is based in Muzaffarpur, over at the Ghulam Rasool Coal Depo. You can find us near the Banaras Bank Chowk in the Bara Bagh area. It’s a busy place with plenty of trucks and people moving around all day long. We share the space because it makes sense for what we do. Inside, it’s a pretty basic engineering office. We have our tables for looking at plans and some old chairs for when people come by to chat. It’s not the kind of place where you’d find fancy decorations. We prefer it that way because we are mostly focused on the technical side of the work. The environment is very down-to-earth. We deal with various engineering tasks and sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with all the different things we have to track. We have lived and worked in this part of Bihar for a long time, so we are used to the noise and the pace of the neighborhood. We don't have a complicated way of doing things. We just take the work as it comes and try to do a decent job of it. It’s a small operation, and we like the fact that we can just talk to people directly without any corporate layers in between. Our hours depend on the work, so sometimes we are here late when there is a problem to solve. We just keep our heads down and focus on the machines and the projects.
