You can find us right on the Kankarbagh Main Road. We are pretty close to the Kanti Factory More, which is a landmark most people in this part of Patna know well. It’s a busy stretch of road, always full of noise and people moving about. We’ve been operating Yatra Tour & Travels from this spot for a good while. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we manage bookings and talk to travelers. We deal with all sorts of requests, from people visiting family to those heading out for work trips. Since we are near the main road, it’s easy for people to drop in and ask questions. We don't use any high-tech systems or complicated processes. It’s mostly just sitting down, talking about where you need to go, and seeing what we can arrange. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just sit there in the dark for a bit, but we get the work done eventually. The area around Kanti Factory More has changed a lot, but we’ve stayed in the same spot. We know the local drivers and the routes pretty well by now. It’s a simple business. We don't have a marketing team or anything. It's just a few of us here. We handle the paperwork and make sure the vehicles are ready. It’s regular work for regular people. We just try to keep things moving along smoothly for everyone who comes to us.
