Vishal Poly Clinic

Vishal Poly Clinic is located on Vidyapati Marg in Patna. We are right there on Baily Koda Road. Being in the 800001 area means we are in a fairly central part of the city. Patna is a busy place, and our street is no exception. We have various people coming in for different health reasons since we are a poly clinic. We have a few different rooms set up for consultations. It’s not a brand-new building, so it has some character, you could say. We spend a lot of time talking to patients and trying to figure out the best way to help them. It’s a lot of coordination. The staff here is small, and we all have to do a bit of everything, from answering the phone to helping with patients. We don't use a lot of big words or complicated systems. We just write things down and keep our files in order. The atmosphere is pretty casual. We don't wear fancy suits or anything. People seem to appreciate that we are just normal folks. Some days the clinic is packed and people have to wait out in the hallway. We try to get through everyone as fast as we can without rushing. It’s just the daily grind here in Bihar. We've been at this location for some time and have become a fixture on the road.
