Vishal Eng.& Cons. Co. We are located in Banaulia, right near the Akbar Shaheed Dargah in Bihar Sharif. It’s a busy little area, and being near the dargah makes it easy for people to find our office. We do engineering and construction work, which basically means a lot of time spent with bricks, cement, and measuring tapes. We aren't some high-profile firm with a bunch of fancy titles. It's just a group of us who know how to build stuff. Bihar Sharif has its own way of doing things, and we’ve learned to work within that. Our days are mostly spent out on the sites, checking on the progress and making sure the workers have what they need. The office is more for keeping the ledger and taking a break from the sun. We don't have any big mission statements or glossy brochures. We just take the jobs as they come and try to finish them so we can move on to the next one. It gets pretty loud and dusty sometimes, but we don’t mind. People around Banaulia know us as the local guys who can handle a construction project. We just focus on the task at hand and try to keep things moving along without too many hiccups. That’s our daily life here, and it keeps us occupied enough. Construction isn't easy in the summer heat, but we've got a routine that works for everyone involved. We just keep our tools ready and show up where we are needed.
