Our office is in Bhagwan Market, right on the main Boring Road in Patna. We are directly opposite the Telephone Exchange, which is a big building that everyone knows. If you’re standing in front of the exchange, just look across the road and you’ll see the market entrance. It’s a busy area, lots of shops and people selling things on the pavement. Inside Bhagwan Market, it’s a bit of a maze, but we’ve been here long enough that people can usually find us without getting lost. The space we have is quite simple. We have a few rooms for classes and a small corner for ourselves. It’s noisy because of the traffic on Boring Road—the horns never seem to stop—but you get used to it after a week or two. We don't have any polished marble floors or fancy lights. It’s just a place with white walls and some old furniture. We spend a lot of time talking to people who are stressed about their exams. We try to keep the atmosphere relaxed, even if the building is a bit cramped. It’s a very typical Patna setup. We open early in the morning and stay until the last person leaves in the evening. There is always a lot of dust from the road, so we are constantly cleaning things, but it’s our little workspace. Most days are just about managing the schedule and answering the phone while the city moves outside.
