Vcar Foods Exim is located in Raxaul, right in Ward No. 24 at Koiriya Tola. We are at Desh Raj Dixit’s place. Raxaul is a very busy town because it is right on the border with Nepal. There are always trucks and people moving around, so it gets quite dusty and loud. Our office is just a simple room where we keep our ledgers and computer. We deal mostly with food exports and imports. We have to keep track of a lot of different items and make sure the permits are all in order. Being near the border means we have to deal with the customs gates a lot. Sometimes the traffic is backed up for miles, and that makes our work take much longer. We don't have a big fancy team or any marketing people. It is just a few of us who know how things work around here. We’ve been in Koiriya Tola for a long time now. People in the trade know where to find us. We don't do any big promotions or anything like that. We just stay in the office and handle the daily grind. The heat in East Champaran can be really bad in the summer, so we try to get most of the heavy work done early. We aren't trying to change the world. We just want to make sure the food shipments get to where they are supposed to go on time without any hassle.
