Our business is based in Sadullahpur Satan, which is a small area in Hajipur. Ajay Kumar is the main person here. We call ourselves an agrotech company, but really, we just deal with the technical side of farming for the people in our village and the surrounding Tola. This means helping people understand better ways to grow things or how to use new tools that come out. We aren't some big tech firm from the city. We are just local people who have learned a few things over the years. We operate out of a simple building and we don't put on any airs. Most of our day is spent walking through fields or talking to farmers about their problems. We see a lot of issues with pests or water, and we try to find simple ways to fix them. It isn't always easy because money is tight for everyone here. We try to keep our advice practical. We don't use big words or complicated charts. If something works, we tell people about it. If it doesn't, we move on. We’ve been part of this community for a long time, so people trust us to tell them the truth. We just want to see the farms in Sadullahpur do a bit better each year. It is a slow kind of work, but it feels right to be helping our own neighbors. We just keep at it, day in and day out, doing what needs to be done.
