Ujjaini Food Processing Private Limited

Our place, Ujjaini Food Processing Private Limited, is tucked away at A/18 in Tapeshwar Nagar, right off Ara Garden Road and Bailey Road here in Patna. It’s a pretty decent spot, though the traffic on Bailey Road can be quite something during the rush hour. We spend most of our time inside the unit handling various food items. It involves a lot of washing, cutting, and packing. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. The kitchen area gets quite hot when all the equipment is running at once. We are just a local team trying to stay on top of the orders that come in from around Bihar. Sometimes we struggle with the storage space because the building isn't huge, so we have to be really organized with how we stack the crates. There is always a lot of cleaning to do at the end of every day to keep things right. We don’t have a big corporate team; it’s just the owners and a few helpers who know the routine. We often sit outside for a few minutes in the evening once the machines are turned off just to catch some air. It’s a regular routine that we’ve been following for a while now. We just try to do a solid job and get the products out to the local shops without any unnecessary drama or fancy slogans.
