Ujain Infra Development & Maintenance Private Limited is situated in the Kankarbagh area of Patna. Specifically, we are on Kanti Factory Road in Mahatma Gandhi Nagar. Braj Bhushan Singh’s place is where we handle the administrative side of things. Kankarbagh is a huge residential and commercial hub, so there is always something going on around here. We do a mix of new development and maintenance work. It keeps the days pretty varied. Some weeks we are fixing old structures, and other times we are starting something new from the ground up. The office is tucked away in the 800026 area. It is not a shiny corporate building. We prefer it that way because it keeps the costs down and stays close to where the action is. Most of our staff has been around for a long time. We know the local suppliers and where to get materials for a fair price. Dealing with the Patna heat and the monsoon rains is just part of the job description. We don't put out fancy brochures or anything like that. Most people hear about us through word of mouth.
