We are located out in Nagardih, which is in the Kamtaul area of Darbhanga. It is a bit different from the big city offices you usually see for a name like Tyco Electronics India Pvt Ltd. Down here, things move at a much slower pace than they do in places like Delhi or Bangalore. The air is a bit clearer and you don't have that constant hum of heavy city traffic all day long. We have a simple building set up here for our daily operations. It’s not anything modern or flashy, just a solid place where we can get our work done without too many distractions from the outside world. Most of the people around here are locals and everyone kind of knows each other's business. We have our desks and our equipment, and we just focus on the tasks at hand each day. Sometimes the electricity can be a bit spotty, so we have to plan our work around that, but that’s just how it is in this part of Darbhanga. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby or reception area. We just want to do our job well and go home to our families in the evening. It’s a quiet life here in Nagardih. We've been at this location for a while now and the community has been good to us. There isn't much in the way of big shops nearby, just the local markets where we get what we need. It's an honest place to work and we like it.
